Police cripple syndicate stealing, cannibalising old vehicles in Klang Valley

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 19 — Police have crippled a car theft syndicate, cannibalising old vehicles for parts, with the arrest of two local men in the Klang Valley on January 23.
